Mantra Meditation to Rest + Receive
This month’s theme is rest, and we’re leaning into that feminine state of being to receive.
This time of year feels energetically charged for so many reasons — the recent eclipse portal, the upcoming holidays, and the darkening hours — so supporting our nervous system in relaxation is the most nourishing thing we can do.
Mantra meditation is my favorite for relaxing the body quickly and feeling restored in a short amount of time. The word mantra literally means ‘mind vehicle,’ and it’s a great way to take us beyond the mind to connect to our consciousness.
Let the mantra pulse in the mind without force or strain, and come back to this meditation again and again whenever you need a quick reset.
