Blossom Into Your Full Potential + Surrender

This month’s theme is softening, and we’re allowing ourselves to bloom right on time.

Instead of always doing and taking action, we’re stepping into the energy of receiving with a kriya to Blossom Into Your Full Potential. Using a powerful mantra and mudra (hand placement), this meditation activates the vagus nerve with chanting.

“Research on the vagus nerve has revealed that it is involved in our feelings of compassion, empathy, and goodness. Research participants with higher vagal nerve activity expressed higher feelings of altruism, love, and happiness. This is because of the vagus nerve’s influence on communication, heart rate, and its ability to trigger the release of oxytocin, a hormone responsible for feelings of bonding and connection.” -Enlightened Bodies

Then, we’ll slow down the breath and surrender, allowing ourselves to be in the now moment — exactly where we’re meant to be.

What got you to where you are now might not be the thing that gets you to the next stage

With each new season you become a different version of yourself

More of this, less of that

Let this season be one of softening

Of acceptance

Of carefree joy

Let go of who you once were to embrace who you’re becoming

Get to know her day by day

Minute by minute

Hour by hour

Let her be different then you expected

Allow her to take shape without judgment

Shifting and changing without constraint

Trust what nourishes you and let her blossom

She is emerging
