Liberate Your Heart + Lion's Paws - Find Your Path Challenge Day 2

This month’s theme is courage. We’re calling forward our most authentic frequency with this 2-for-1 meditation, allowing us to liberate our hearts and expand our auras.

To begin, the meditation to Liberate Your Heart helps you develop a neutral mind so you can observe everything around you without reacting in anger. When you don’t react and stay neutral, your heart can open, and you can better live as your authentic self.

Then, the Lion's Paws meditation specifically asks us to lead with heart and courage in all that we do. We’re resetting the electromagnetic field around the brain and draining the lymphatic system. We’re also activating both the pineal and pituitary glands for enhanced intuition.

Here are your journal prompts for when you get finished:

  • What area of you life can you bring more courage to?

  • What's stopping you?

  • Name the thing that's stopping you and then let it play out so the emotion no longer has a hold on you. For example, if it's fear. What's the worst case scenario you're fearful of? Okay, now are you still standing? Are things a little shaken, but still okay? You can do hard things.

  • How will you do things differently moving forward?
